Pete Schmitt…serial entrepreneur and Land Geek.  Pete is a computer scientist who grew up in Long Island, New York.  After working on Wall Street and Corporate America, Pete decided that it was time to work for himself.  He started his first business in 2001 and, along with childhood friend, Anthony Napodano has created multiple successful businesses from scratch.  The secret to their success has been a combination of persistence, organization and getting the right people to do the right job.

Anthony Napodano…Peter’s lifelong friend, entrepreneur, and Land Geek partner.  Anthony is an educator by trade and grew up in New York City and Long Island New York.  Anthony spent over 20 years as a teacher, principal and district administrator in both New York and Arizona where he now resides with his family.  Along the way, Anthony moved to business creation and ownership.  Together with Pete and Michelle, they focused on delineating the success process into repeatable and trainable tasks that can be shared with individuals to form a dynamic team.

 

Michelle Davis…Born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica, Michelle migrated to the Unites States at age 19, where she worked her way through the ranks in Corporate America. An Entrepreneur at heart Michelle has successfully established and run multiple businesses over the past two decades. Michelle among her clients, colleagues staff family and friends is known for never compromising on value. Her key to success is built on leveraging technology and implementing business systems to get the most consistent results.

Pete and Anthony became Land Geeks in 2018 after researching a number of residual income building strategies.  “The Land Geek program provides an amazing process to building wealth without creating a new job for us.”  The program has become so successful that Pete and Anthony began looking to create teams of virtual assistants for all their businesses.
